Lak55 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We have a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

• At any stage of registration, lak55 may request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document.
• If identity verification is requested, the required documents must be submitted within 72 hours.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on lak55 are supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Lak55 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason. Users may also close their own accounts at will.

• If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact customer support.
• Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance before account closure (conditions apply).
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, there is no guarantee that deposited funds will be returned.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be automatically deactivated.
